Almost all of our outer fabrics are finished, i.e. they have a water-repellent finish. This means that the fabrics have technical properties that provide excellent protection against the elements, comparable to a high-quality, professional impregnation on the production side. Finished or impregnated fabrics are ideally suited for outdoor use. A finished coat or jacket fabric does not absorb water when it rains, but offers reasonable weather protection. A finished fabric is usually not completely waterproof, but water-repellent, but usually breathable. In addition, a high-quality treated fabric offers dirt-repellent properties so that you can enjoy your high-quality made-to-measure clothing for a long time. The professional finish of our outer fabrics thus increases the utility value and durability of the garments you design.
