Description
Der Fixiervliesstoff G 405 in weiß ist eine mittelschwere, weiche, fixierbare & universell einsetzbare Vlieseinlage aus Synthesefasern.
Vlieseline G 405 ist eine weiche Fixiereinlage zum Aufbügeln. Sie ist ideal geeignet für die dauerhafte Fixierung und Verstärkung von leichten bis mittelschweren Stoffen wie Wolle, Wildseide oder Seide. Eine Ausdehnen des Trägerstoffes wird durch das Aufbringen von Vlieseline G 405 verhindert. Die Griffigkeit ist von hohem Tragekomfort, da sie weich ist. Trotzdem lassen sich Kragen, Taschen, Klappen oder die Vorderseite von Blazern, Jacken, Westen und vieles mehr schnell und einfach stabilisieren.
Die Vlieseinlage wird, wie alle Einlagen von Vlieseline, immer in Längsrichtung zugeschnitten, dem Fadenverlauf folgend.
Es ist empfehlenswert vor der Verarbeitung der Vlies Einlage G 405 einen Bügeltest an einem Stoffrest durchzuführen, ob Haftung und Formstabilität Ihren Vorstellungen entspricht. Die Vlieseline G 405 von Freudenberg ist waschbar bis 40°C sowie geeignet für die chemische Reinigung.
Verarbeitung
- Die Vlieseinlage wird, wie alle Einlagen von Vlieseline, immer in Längsrichtung zugeschnitten und folgt dabei dem Fadenlauf des Stoffes.
- Die Einlage mit der beschichteten Seite nach unten auf die linke Seite des Oberstoffes legen, mit feuchtem Tuch abdecken und das Bügeleisen ca. 12 Sek. Schritt für Schritt aufdrücken. Nicht schieben.
- Die Teile nach dem Fixieren ca. 30 Min. flach liegend auskühlen lassen, damit sich die Haftung stabilisieren kann.

Polyester (PL)
Polyester (PL) is a chemical and microfibre and is made of polyethylene terephthalate. Polyester fibres have the highest tear and abrasion resistance and are popular in many areas. The synthetic fabric is three times finer than silk and very easy to care for, non-iron, dimensionally stable, elastic, crease-resistant, soft, lightfast and weather-resistant. The synthetic fibre is heat-resistant, easy to wash and dries quickly. The sheen and feel of polyester is comparable to silk fabric. Combining it with natural fibres such as wool or cotton creates a fabric that is elastic but stable at the same time.
Polyamide (PA)
Polyamide is a synthetic fibre often used for clothing such as women's stockings or sportswear. The basis is carbon atoms, which are extracted from petroleum. Depending on the cross-section, polyamide fibres can be matt to shiny, coarse or bulky to fine. Polyamides are tough, very strong and stiff and have good abrasion and wear resistance. In addition, the fabric offers certain capabilities. It is waterproof, quick-drying, robust and dimensionally stable as well as tear-resistant, durable and elastic.
40 °C coloureds
Normal wash cycle. This wash cycle is suitable for dark coloured fabrics made of cotton, polyester as well as mixed fabrics. We recommend that you fill the drum with a normal amount of laundry and set an appropriate wash programme (max. 40° C).
Do not bleach
Bleaching is not possible. Please use only bleach-free detergents (e.g. colour detergent). Also be careful with stain removers. If in doubt, try it on a concealed area.
